The FIBRESTAR system essentially consists of a single or multiple illuminators located ideally 3.5m from the pool, from which light is passed through connecting fibre optic cables to inlet size lenses mounted in the pool wall/steps and/or the pool perimeter, providing a ribbon of colour which encircles the pool.

A colour wheel enables the pool to be illuminated in various hues to set the mood of the pool owner's choice.
